ezLoads App is a professional tool tailored for drivers to efficiently scan Proof of Delivery (POD) documents and seamlessly share them with their employers. Users have the convenience of scanning and storing documents as multipage PDFs or JPG files, and the ability to share them instantly with their trucking company. Sharing can be done through various channels such as email, text, or messenger apps. Alternatively, users can directly submit their scans into their employer's ezLoads Transportation Management System (TMS). For those outside the ezLoads network, there is an option to invite them to join.

Through the PDF Converter feature, users can easily convert images of PODs or receipts from their camera roll into PDF format. This allows for efficient storage or sharing of documents in the desired format.

The Document Editor functionality offers advanced features such as color correction, cropping tools, filter applications, contrast adjustments, and page reorganization options. Users can effortlessly manipulate scanned documents by rearranging pages through a simple drag-and-drop interface.

For seamless integration with carriers using the ezLoads TMS platform, users can synchronize load information directly into the ezLoads App. By establishing this connection, drivers can receive detailed pickup and delivery instructions along with any specific requirements. Upon completing a load, users can promptly scan and attach PODs to the corresponding shipment within the ezLoads TMS system.
